I'm Rob Kane, a Marine Corps veteran who spent five years in the finest fighting force on Earth, and I grew up right here in Lake Placid. Everyone knows the Marines are the best — but feel free to disagree at the window if I'm here.
After the Corps, I spent years working alongside my family at Great Adirondack Steak & Seafood, then went on to own and help build restaurants of my own. Along the way I served as head brewer for my family's brewing operation, earning Silver Medals at both the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup for our Whiteface Stout.
